Getting started is easy! Simply visit our homepage, use the search bar to find healthcare providers in your area, and browse through available clinics. You can search without an account, but you'll need to sign up to book appointments.
Use our search bar on the homepage to search by location, clinic type, or specific services. You can filter results by category (GP, Dentist, Physiotherapy, Aesthetic) and location using the dropdown menus. Results show clinic ratings, reviews, and contact information.
Yes, CareGrid is completely free for patients. You can search for clinics, view their information, read reviews, and book appointments at no cost. We're funded by our clinic partners who pay for premium listing features.
To book an appointment: 1) Search for a clinic, 2) Select your preferred provider, 3) Click "Book Appointment", 4) Choose your preferred date and time, 5) Fill in your details, and 6) Confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
Sign in to your account and go to your dashboard. Under "My Appointments", you'll find all your bookings. Click on the appointment you want to modify and select "Cancel" or "Reschedule". Please note that cancellation policies vary by clinic.
Booking timeframes vary by clinic and service type. Most clinics allow bookings up to 3-6 months in advance. Some specialists may have longer waiting times. Check the clinic's profile for specific availability and booking windows.
Sign in to your account and navigate to your dashboard. Click on "Settings" or "Profile" to update your personal information, contact details, and preferences. Remember to save your changes before leaving the page.
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your email (including spam folder) and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Click "List Your Clinic" in the navigation menu and complete our onboarding form. We offer both free basic listings and premium enhanced listings with additional features. Our team will review your application and help you get started.
